History of the Ford Tractor 1917-1953 (DVD) £16.95

Stephen Richmond

Format:  PAL
Duration: 90 minutes

First Pasture Price:  £16.95

Status:  Available

Told using exclusively archive film from the time when the tractors were new this DVD series tells the story of the Ford tractor in a way that really takes you back in time.

We begin with this first instalment back in 1917 as the first mass produced tractor is born in the shape of the American Fordson Model F. Next, the Fordson Model N is shown as its production moved to Dagenham in Essex, while in the USA a new era dawned with the introduction of the Ford 9N with Ferguson System. Back in Britain the end of the Second World War brings about the birth of the Major tractor and then, in 1951, the New Major makes its debut.

Join us on our trip into the past and discover some truly legendary Ford tractors.
