You may cancel your order at any time prior to the items being despatched.  In such cases you must email First Pasture quoting your order details and any monies processed will be refunded.  Please note that our Refund Policy does not apply to ebooks whereby refunds cannot be provided.

If you wish to cancel your order following the despatch of the product(s) you must notify us by email within 7 working days following the date of delivery, quoting your order details and the reason for the return.  In order to receive a refund please return the unwanted products to First Pasture in perfect condition and at your own cost and risk within 21 workings days of delivery.  All postage costs will be incurred by the customer.

In the event that you receive goods which were not what you ordered or which are damaged First Pasture shall have no liability to you unless you notify us by email of the problem within 7 working days of delivery and beyond this limit any action by First Pasture is at our discretion.  We will then advise you on the return of such products and your postal costs for returning such items shall be reimbursed.  The postage method used should be reasonably economic. First Pasture will replace damaged or incorrect products providing you advise us within 7 working days.
