Are titles listed in the shop in stock?
Approximately 85% of titles are normally in stock at any one time however stock levels fluctuate on a daily basis. If you would like to confirm availability of a particular title prior to ordering please email us and we shall be pleased to advise you. If a title is temporarily out of stock a copy shall be ordered for you, which is usually despatched within 14 days however please allow up to 28 days. First Pasture will advise you by email if an ordered title is temporarily unavailable.
Can you deliver titles worldwide?
Yes, First Pasture can deliver to all countries around the world. Please see our Delivery page for further details.
What methods of payment do you accept?
Our secure online shop accepts all major debit and credit cards as well as PayPal payments. For UK customers only we can also accept cheques, payable to 'First Pasture'.
To pay using PayPal do I need a PayPal account?
No, if you prefer you can simply choose to pay using your debit/credit card via PayPal without opening a PayPal account.
How do I shop at First Pasture?
Simply choose your product to purchase and click 'buy now' or 'add to cart'. Your shopping basket contents will then be displayed whereby you can remove items, continue shopping or proceed to checkout. As a customer you will be given the choice whether to shop with or without creating an account. You will then be forwarded to the delivery page which will inform you of our postal rate for your location. Your payment will be processed securely by PayPal, one of the world's leading payment processors.
After placing an order do I receive a voucher code for money off my next order?
Yes all customers receive a voucher code for an additional 5% off your next order. Simply enter the voucher code when prompted during the checkout process and your discount will be automatically applied. Please note the voucher is valid for one use per person.
Do I need to register an account to shop online with First Pasture?
No, we provide customers with the facility of shopping without the requirement to open an account. If you do wish to create an account you will receive exclusive offers by email for use within the shop, plus you will be able to track your order.
I have forgotten my password to access my account - how do I proceed?
Please visit "My Account" page and underneath Log In section for Returning Customers simply click on "Password Forgotten" and a new password will be automatically emailed to you.
Are my details secure?
We can assure you that shopping with First Pasture is safe. The website is secured using 128 bit SSL encryption and payments are processed securely by PayPal, preventing your personal and payment details being accessed or read by any third party. The process for online ordering is so secure that even we do not have access to your card details.
What is the status of my order?
Please email or login to your account where the status of your order will be shown.
Can I cancel my order?
You can cancel your order at any time prior to your order being despatched by emailing us with your details. Once your order has been despatched you are entitled to cancel your order by notifying us by email within 14 days of you receiving it. Unwanted products must be returned in perfect condition and at your own expense and risk. Regarding items which may arrive damaged, please return faulty items within 30 days and we shall offer a replacement or full refund, all we ask is that you return the damaged product to us.
