First used in 1958 to replace the separate Ferguson and Massey Harris brand names, Massey Ferguson and the famous red and grey paintwork have become synonymous with high quality machinery.

This programme celebrates those fifty years, focusing on the many world leading tractor models produced by the company.

Using archive footage, we see how the MF tractor evolved from the 35 through to the 8690 model, and how combine harvesters progressed from the 400 and 500 series to the giant monsters of today.
